- Gathering existing knowledge and creating a group of experts – business mentors.
- Creating a knowledge base and training materials as a foundation for future training and an opportunity to share experience with other interested parties.
- Verify the materials created and develop a method for their application with 5 trainers.
- Testing the target group to improve the quality of the training materials – training 40 people.

DINAMIC DANUBE is an interregional initiative that addresses socio-economic challenges in rural areas in the Danube region, with a focus on education, migration, minority employment, and sustainable agriculture.
The project supports 500 small family farms by offering lifelong learning, mentoring, and access to innovative technologies. Special attention is paid to strengthening the role of women in agriculture and promoting social inclusion.

By 2030, a consortium of 7 partners from 6 countries (including five higher education institutions (HEIs) and two business partners) aims to transform partner HEIs into key innovation hubs through a comprehensive innovation action plan (IVAP). The HEI2MARKET project focuses on embedding innovation and successful entrepreneurial practices in institutional frameworks, promoting technology transfer, supporting start-ups, and developing new academic programs.
Key objectives and results (2025–2027):
The project emphasises sustainability by institutionalising entrepreneurship and extending support mechanisms beyond its duration.
Proposal title: HEI2MARKET - Transforming Education into Innovation
Acronym: HEI2MARKET
Duration: 24 months
By 2030, a consortium of 7 partners from 6 countries (including five higher education institutions (HEIs) and two business partners) aims to transform partner HEIs into key innovation hubs through a comprehensive innovation action plan (IVAP). The HEI2MARKET project focuses on embedding innovation and successful entrepreneurial practices in institutional frameworks, promoting technology transfer, supporting start-ups, and developing new academic programs.

- Training of over 2,400 students, 245 academic staff, and 190 non-academic staff.
- Development of 7 innovative products/methods and 3 start-ups.
- Support for at least 16 start-ups with programs tailored to their needs.
- Raising €50,000 in investments or achieving €10,000 in sales for at least 2 start-ups.
- Establishing over 10 new partnerships and over 13 innovation structures within higher education institutions.
The project emphasises sustainability by institutionalising entrepreneurship and extending support mechanisms beyond its duration.
WeCreate joins BOOST4STEM
WeCreate plays a leading role in Work Package 2 (WP2), contributing to the practical and pedagogical implementation of the STEM entrepreneurship module. Building on its experience in entrepreneurship education and the HEI2MARKET project, WeCreate contributes expertise in experiential learning, mentoring, capacity building and stakeholder engagement.
Our team will support the development of interactive and blended learning formats focused on idea validation, customer discovery and business modelling, while providing mentoring and entrepreneurial training for early-stage startup cohorts.
Beyond course delivery, WeCreate will lead contributions to participant mobilisation, stakeholder outreach, inclusive engagement and cross-institution knowledge transfer, strengthening connections between higher education, entrepreneurs, businesses and wider innovation ecosystems.
Through BOOST4STEM, WeCreate will help build stronger pathways from education and research to entrepreneurship, innovation and market impact, contributing to more competitive, resilient and connected European innovation ecosystems.

WeCreate LTD (Bulgaria) has joined BOOST4STEM – Fostering STEM Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystems in Higher Education, a €2 million European project funded through the EIT Higher Education Initiative 2025 and supported by the European Union.
Led by Rzeszów University of Technology (Poland), the 24-month project (September 2026–August 2028) brings together 8 core partners and 3 associated partners from across Europe. BOOST4STEM will train more than 5,500 students and 500 academic and non-academic staff in innovation, entrepreneurship and intellectual property, contributing to the EIT ambition of reaching 200,000 trained participants by 2028.
